6.15. #chemical pollution#: Pollution of the environment resulting from a change in its natural chemical properties or from the introduction into the environment of chemical substances not characteristic of it, as well as concentrations exceeding background (natural) long-term average fluctuations of the quantity of any substances for the considered period of time
