reporting in the form of an electronic message (hereinafter - ESM) - reporting presented in the form of an electronic message equipped with an authentication code, one form of reporting or a package of reporting forms included in the list of reporting forms of operating credit institutions or in the list of reporting forms of liquidation credit institutions, or other information related to reporting included in the aforementioned lists;
