5. The land surveying project includes land surveying drawings, on which the following are depicted:
1) red lines approved as part of the land development plan;
2) setback lines from red lines for determining permissible placement of buildings, structures, and facilities;
3) boundaries of developed land plots, including boundaries of land plots on which linear objects are located;
4) boundaries of land plots to be formed, planned for allocation to physical and legal entities for construction purposes;
5) boundaries of land plots designated for the placement of capital construction objects of federal, regional or local significance;
6) boundaries of territories of cultural heritage objects;
7) boundaries of zones with special conditions for territorial use;
8) boundaries of zones of public servitudes.
6. In the course of land surveying projects, land use plans for land plots to be developed are prepared, and land use plans for already developed land plots may also be prepared.
