Homeowners' Association


1. A housing owners' association is a non-profit organization, an association of property owners in a multi-apartment building for the joint management of common property in that multi-apartment building or, in cases provided for in paragraph 2 of article 136 of this Code, the property of property owners in several multi-apartment buildings or the property of owners of several residential buildings, ensuring ownership, use and disposal of common property in a multi-apartment building within the limits established by legislation, or joint use of property owned by property owners in several multi-apartment buildings or property belonging to owners of several residential buildings, carrying out activities aimed at creating, maintaining, preserving and increasing such property, providing utility services to persons using premises in these multi-apartment buildings or these residential buildings in accordance with this Code, as well as performing other activities aimed at achieving the objectives of management. by multi-apartment buildings or for the joint use of property owned by the owners of premises in several multi-apartment buildings, or the property of owners of several residential buildings
