Construction site of a foreign organization

1. For the purposes of this chapter, a construction site of a foreign organization on the territory of the Russian Federation means:

1) the location for the construction of new buildings, as well as for the reconstruction, modernization and (or) repair of existing real estate objects (excluding air and sea vessels, inland waterway vessels and space objects);

2) the location for the construction and (or) installation, repair, reconstruction and (or) modernization of structures, including floating and drilling rigs, as well as machines and equipment whose normal operation requires rigid anchoring to a foundation or to structural elements of buildings, structures or floating structures
