Regional Gas Supply System
A regional gas supply system is an asset-based production complex consisting of technologically, organizationally and economically interrelated and centrally managed production and other objects intended for the extraction, transportation, storage and delivery of gas, independent of the Unified Gas Supply System and owned by an organization established in the organizational and legal form and manner provided for by civil legislation, which has acquired the objects of this complex through privatization or created or acquired them on other grounds provided for by Russian legislation. The regional gas supply system is the main gas supply system for the territories of the corresponding subjects of the Russian Federation; its activities are controlled by authorized state authorities in accordance with Russian legislation.
