Shelf Life of the Product
1. By law or in accordance with the order established thereby, it may be stipulated that a period shall be determined, after the expiration of which the goods are deemed unsuitable for use in accordance with their intended purpose (shelf life).

2. Goods subject to a shelf life, the seller is obliged to deliver to the buyer in such a manner that they can be used for their intended purpose before the expiry of the shelf life, unless otherwise provided for by the contract.
