Objects of the Concession Agreement

1. The objects of the concession agreement are:

(as amended by Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 2, 2010)

1) highways or sections of highways, protective road structures, artificial road structures, production facilities, i.e., objects used in capital repairs, maintenance and operation of highways, highway development elements, objects intended for toll collection (including toll points), road service objects;

(paragraph 1 as amended by Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated April 25, 2012)

2) railway transport objects;

3) pipeline transport objects;

4) sea and inland waterway ports, including artificial land plots, hydraulic engineering structures of the ports, production and engineering infrastructure objects;

(as amended by Federal Laws No. 261-FZ dated November 8, 2007, No. 246-FZ dated July 19, 2011)

5) sea and river vessels, river-sea (mixed) vessels, as well as vessels engaged in icebreaking escort, hydrographic, scientific research activities, ferry services, floating and dry docks;

6) airports or buildings and (or) structures intended for takeoff, landing, taxiing and parking of aircraft, as well as aviation infrastructure and air traffic service, navigation, landing and communication facilities created and intended for the organization of flights of civil aircraft;

7) production and engineering infrastructure objects of airports;

8) repealed - Federal Law No. 332-FZ dated December 4, 2007;

9) hydraulic structures;

10) objects for the production, transmission and distribution of electrical and thermal energy;

11) communal infrastructure systems and other municipal facilities, including water supply, heat supply, gas supply, and power supply facilities, wastewater collection, sewage treatment, processing and disposal (burial) of household waste, facilities intended for the illumination of urban and rural settlements, facilities intended for the improvement of territories, as well as facilities of a social and domestic nature;

12) metro and other public transport;

13) healthcare facilities, including facilities intended for sanatorium and resort treatment;

14) educational, cultural, sports facilities, facilities used for organizing citizens' leisure and tourism, and other social and cultural facilities
