REPO Amount

2.3.9. The REPO Amount is a figure reflecting the amount of funds attracted/provided under the REPO transaction, as of the current date.

The REPO Amount is used in calculating the Income from the REPO transaction. Upon execution of the first part of the REPO transaction, the REPO Amount equals the Purchase Cost. In the case of payment by the Original Seller to the Original Buyer of Compensatory Contributions and/or receipt by the Original Buyer during the REPO Term of coupon (interest) income on Bonds included in the Collateral, the REPO Amount is reduced by the amount of such Compensatory Contributions in cash form (on the date they are paid by the Original Seller) and/or by the amount of coupon (interest) income paid on the Collateral (on the date it is paid by the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the issue). In the case of no Compensatory Contributions in cash form under the REPO transaction and/or no payment during the REPO Term of coupon (interest) income on the Collateral, the REPO Amount remains unchanged.
