2.4. Accident hazard - a threat, possibility of causing harm to people, property and (or) the environment as a result of an accident at a hazardous production facility. Hazards of accidents at hazardous production facilities are associated with the possibility of destruction of structures and (or) technical devices, explosion and (or) release of hazardous substances, resulting in damage to people, property and (or) causing harm to the surrounding natural environment
