Sanation


sanation — measures taken by the owner of the debtor’s property — a unitary enterprise, by the founders (participants) of the debtor, by the debtor’s creditors and other persons in order to prevent bankruptcy and restore the debtor’s solvency, including at any stage of consideration of the bankruptcy case;
