Entrepreneurial activity
Civil legislation regulates relations between persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity or involving such persons, based on the principle that entrepreneurial activity is independent activity carried out at one's own risk, aimed at systematic profit generation through the use of property, sale of goods, performance of works or provision of services by persons registered for this purpose in accordance with the legal procedures established by law

Entrepreneurial activity is independent activity carried out at one's own risk, the aim of which is systematic profit generation from the use of property, sale of goods, performance of works or provision of services by persons registered in this capacity in accordance with the legal procedure. The activities of shareholders are not entrepreneurial (they fall under other economic activities not prohibited by law), however, they also entail certain economic risks, since the joint-stock company itself carries out entrepreneurial activity
