Subdepository
2.10. The Central Depository (hereinafter - the Depository) is a legal entity holding a license as a professional market participant for the conduct of depository activities, and based on an agreement with the Issuer, performs centralized storage of Bonds and maintains records of rights thereto in accordance with Russian Federation legislation and the terms of agreements concluded with depositors.
