Main Depository
2.3. The head depository is an organization that:
a) has entered into a "depo" emission account agreement with the issuer of bonds;
b) stores one copy of the global individual (aggregate) certificate of the bond issue under the "depo" emission account agreement and may store individual and/or aggregate certificates;
c) records rights to bonds belonging to sub-depositories on the "depo" account of the owner-sub-depository;
d) records, in total, on the correspondent "depo" account of the sub-depository, the rights to bonds of all depositors who have a "depo" account of the owner and/or a "depo" account under trust management with this sub-depository;
e) maintains records of rights to bonds of sub-depositories to which bonds have been transferred for trust management, on the "depo" account under trust management, and with the state managing company for pension savings funds;
e) in accordance with the agreement with the Central Bank of Russia, may take into account together the rights to bonds on the "depo" correspondent account of a specialized depository that maintains records of rights to bonds acquired as a result of investing pension savings, in accordance with Russian Federation legislation
