1.2. Normative acts of the Bank of Russia are acts issued by the Bank of Russia aimed at establishing, amending or repealing legal norms as permanent or temporary provisions mandatory for a group of persons defined by the Federal Law "On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" and this Regulation, intended for repeated application within the territory of the Russian Federation
