Urgent pension payment
1. Urgent pension payments are made to insured persons who have formed pension savings through additional insurance contributions to the accumulated portion of the labor pension, employer contributions, contributions for co-financing the formation of pension savings, income from their investment, funds (part of the funds) of the maternal (family) capital directed towards forming the accumulated portion of the labor pension, and income from their investment, upon the emergence of the right to establish a labor pension for old age (including early retirement)

lump-sum pension payment - monthly cash payment established in accordance with the procedures and conditions determined by this Federal Law and the Federal Law "On the Order of Financing Payments from Pension Savings";
