5) "pensions":
in the Russian Federation - monetary payments, including all their components and all increases, supplements provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, excluding the accumulated portion of the old-age labor pension;
in the Republic of Estonia - periodic monetary payments provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia in cases of old age, permanent incapacity for work or loss of a breadwinner, excluding the accumulated pension and special benefits for repressed persons;
