Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences
2. The Academy is a non-profit organization established in the form of a state academy of sciences. In its activities, the Academy follows the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the legislation of the Russian Federation, and this charter.
3. The Academy is a self-governing organization conducting fundamental and applied scientific research in urban planning activities, strengthening links between science and practice in the fields of architecture, town planning and construction, interaction between architecture and urban planning with other areas of artistic culture, as well as with related areas of science, and participates in coordinating research in these areas.
