State customer of Moscow Oblast
The state customer of the Moscow region (hereinafter referred to as the state customer) - a recipient of budget funds (hereinafter referred to as the recipient of budget funds), responsible for purchasing goods for regional needs in accordance with its competence, and the territorial body of management of the state extra-budgetary fund when carrying out procurement and supply of goods for regional needs at the expense of the Moscow region's budget and extra-budgetary sources of financing
