Recipient of budgetary funds
budgetary funds recipient (recipient of the respective budget funds) - a state authority (state body), an organ managing a state extra-budgetary fund, a local self-government body, a local administration body, a state institution under the jurisdiction of the chief (responsible) budgetary funds manager, having the right to accept and (or) perform budget obligations on behalf of a public-law entity from the respective budget funds, unless otherwise provided by this Code;
