Federal Targeted Investment Program
2. The federal address investment program (hereinafter referred to as the address program) is a document establishing the allocation of budget appropriations provided for by the federal law on the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period to the main budgetary recipients (hereinafter referred to as the main recipients) for the implementation of investment projects involving the construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment of capital construction objects and/or other capital investments carried out within the territory of the Russian Federation:
for capital construction objects, the construction, reconstruction or technical re-equipment of which is planned to be fully or partially carried out at the expense of federal budget funds (hereinafter referred to as capital construction objects);
in relation to other real estate acquired for the needs of federal executive authorities and (or) their territorial bodies, including housing, the acquisition of which is carried out in accordance with legislative acts of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - real estate objects);
in relation to measures (major investment projects), which may include in various combinations the construction, reconstruction or technical re-equipment of capital construction objects, the acquisition of real estate and the implementation of other capital investments (hereinafter - measures (major investment projects))
