Conscripts
b) citizens who are in the reserve (hereinafter - conscripts):
male citizens who are in the reserve;
discharged from military service with assignment to the reserve of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;
successfully completed training under the program for preparing reserve officers at military departments of state, municipal or non-state higher educational institutions accredited by the state for the relevant fields of study (specialties) and having completed these educational institutions;
who have not served in the military due to exemption from conscription into military service;
who have not served in the military due to granting deferments from conscription into military service or who have not been called up for military service for other reasons, upon reaching the age of 27;
discharged from military service without being placed on military registration and subsequently registered with military commissions;
who have performed alternative civilian service;
females having military specialty classifications according to the appendix
