Evidence in Arbitral Proceedings
1. Evidence in the case includes information about facts obtained in the order prescribed by this Code and other federal laws, on the basis of which the arbitration court establishes the presence or absence of circumstances justifying the claims and objections of the parties involved in the case, as well as other circumstances relevant to the proper consideration of the case.
2. The following may be admitted as evidence: written and physical evidence, explanations provided by the parties, expert conclusions, specialist consultations, witness statements, audio and video recordings, other documents and materials.

As evidence, explanations provided by parties to the case and other participants in arbitration proceedings may be accepted if obtained through the use of video conferencing systems
