State Military Standard
d) "state military standard" - a standard adopted by the national standardization body, establishing requirements for military products and (or) processes of their development, production, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, storage, transportation, sale, disposal, and burial, the mandatory application of which is determined by state defense order customers and authorized federal executive authorities;
