Inbound tourism - tourism within the territory of the Russian Federation by persons who do not reside permanently in the Russian Federation;

Inbound tourist trip - a trip by a non-resident visitor to a main destination located outside the territory of the country of permanent residence, with any primary purpose other than employment with an employer resident in the visited country. In addition to labor migrants, inbound tourist trips exclude trips by military and service personnel, as well as representatives of diplomatic missions
