Special Home for Lonely Elderly Individuals
A special home for elderly individuals living alone (social apartment) - a specialized building or apartment that is part of the social housing stock, are created for permanent residence of single citizens of pension age as well as married couples from this group who have retained full or partial ability to perform self-care in daily life and require the creation of conditions for the realization of their basic life needs.
A special home or apartment is intended to provide favorable living and self-care conditions, create conditions for providing social and household as well as medical assistance to the elderly residents, and create conditions for an active lifestyle, including light labor activities.
