Children in Need of State Protection
Children in need of state protection are orphans and children left without parental care, as well as children living in families where the necessary level of normal life activity is not ensured or is ensured insufficiently (or they are unable to achieve it, or are in conditions that do not allow them to achieve it) without assistance provided by local government authorities
