Children deprived of parental care


children left without parental care - persons under the age of 18 who have been left without the care of one or both parents due to the absence of parents, deprivation of parental rights, restrictions on parental rights, recognition of parents as missing, incapacitated (partially incapacitated), residing in medical institutions, declaration of their death, serving a sentence in institutions executing punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty, being held in places of detention for suspects and accused persons; evasion by parents of child-rearing or protection of children's rights and interests, refusal by parents to take their children from educational, medical, social welfare institutions and other similar institutions, and in other cases recognized by law as children left without parental care;
