State Housing Supervision

1. State housing supervision refers to the activities of authorized executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation aimed at preventing, detecting and halting violations by state authorities, local self-government bodies, as well as legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens of requirements established in accordance with housing legislation, energy efficiency legislation and regulations relating to the use and preservation of the housing stock regardless of its ownership form, including requirements relating to residential premises, their use and maintenance, the use and maintenance of common property owned by apartment owners, the establishment and operation of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs managing multi-apartment buildings, providing services and (or) performing works related to the maintenance and repair of common property in multi-apartment buildings, and the provision of utility services to owners and users of premises in multi-apartment buildings and residential buildings, requirements for energy efficiency and the provision of premises in multi-apartment buildings and residential buildings with meters for consumed energy resources (hereinafter - mandatory requirements), through the organization and conduct of checks of these persons, taking measures provided by Russian Federation legislation to prevent and (or) eliminate identified violations, and the activities of the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation on systematic monitoring of the implementation of mandatory requirements, analysis and forecasting of the status of compliance with mandatory requirements when carrying out activities by state authorities, local self-government bodies, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens
