Young stock
Young growth - viable, well-established trees of the main species with a height exceeding 2.5 m and a diameter at breast height below the allowable diameter established by regional logging regulations, capable of forming a forest stand. For this reason, cutting such trees is prohibited for silvicultural and economic reasons
