Salmonellosis
Salmonellosis is an infectious disease of animals and humans. Among farm animals, salmonellosis predominantly affects young stock (calves, piglets, lambs, foals, kits of fur-bearing animals, chicks, ducklings, goslings, turkey poults, etc.). The disease manifests as gastrointestinal tract damage and septicemia, and in subacute and chronic forms - pneumonia and arthritis. In sheep, mares, less frequently cows, salmonellosis causes abortions
