Capital Expenditures for the Purchase, Construction, and Manufacture of Fixed Assets
Investments for the acquisition, construction, and manufacture of fixed assets are:
amounts paid to the supplier (seller) in accordance with the contract;
amounts paid to organizations for performing works under construction contracts and other agreements;
amounts paid to organizations for informational and consultative services related to the acquisition of fixed assets;
registration fees, state duties, and other similar payments made in connection with the acquisition (receipt) of rights to a fixed asset object;
customs duties;
fees paid to intermediary organizations through which the fixed asset was acquired;
costs of delivering fixed assets to their place of use, including insurance costs for delivery;
other expenses directly related to the acquisition, construction and manufacture of a fixed asset, including maintenance of the project management office for the under-construction object and technical supervision
