Archive overview
7.5.1. Overview - an archival reference guide containing systematically organized information about the composition and content of individual document complexes.
Types of overview in the organization's archive include fund overview and thematic overview.
The object of description for a fund overview is a document (group of documents, part of a document), storage unit, and accounting unit of one fund. The object of description for a thematic overview based on archival documents is a document (group of documents, part of a document), storage unit, and accounting unit of one fund (part of a fund, group of funds) in the archive according to a specific theme.
7.5.2. A fund overview includes systematically organized information about the composition and content of documents within one fund.
7.5.3. A thematic overview includes systematically organized information about the composition and content of part of the documents from one or a group of funds in the archive according to a specific theme
