Telegram delivery period
202. The time period for the transmission of a telegram is the time from the moment it is received at the point of submission until the moment:
the telegram is delivered to the addressee;
the telegram is delivered to an authorized person at the destination point (for telegrams addressed to organizations, as well as those sent to the address of military units, river vessels or to the place of temporary residence of citizens);
the telegram is handed over to the postal service organization (for telegrams delivered by "mail - registered" method in the absence of telecommunications facilities, and for telegrams "on demand" and with indication of the subscription box number);
the telegram is transferred to destination points (for telegrams sent to field post offices and sea vessels);
the telegram is transmitted to the subscriber equipment of the Telex network;
the telegram is transmitted to an electronic mail address;
the telegram is transferred to the addressee's fax machine;
the content of the telegram is conveyed to the addressee by telephone;
delivery of telegrams to the recipient's mailbox or subscriber box (upon presentation of a written statement by the recipient)
