Lease Agreement
1. Under a lease agreement, one party (the lessee) transfers ownership of property to the other party (the lessor), and the lessor is obliged to periodically pay rent to the lessee in the form of a specified sum of money or by providing means for the lessee's maintenance in another form.
2. Under a lease agreement, it is permissible to establish an obligation to pay rent indefinitely (a perpetual lease) or for the lifetime of the lessee (a life lease). A life lease may be established under conditions of lifelong maintenance of a citizen with dependents
