space systems and complexes of military, scientific and socio-economic purpose;
military rocket systems;
components, systems, units (instruments), other spare parts and elements included in the rocket and space complexes;
means for disposal of RST.
As part of a complex may be: a missile, a launch vehicle, a stage, a spacecraft, a warhead, an orbital airplane, a launcher, a launch complex, a remote control and monitoring system, a combat control and communication system, other technical means of ground space infrastructure (GSI). As systems of the complex may be: propulsion unit, onboard control system, etc., which are part of the complex and (or) its components. As units (instruments) of the complex may be: engine, stabilization automatic, rudder machine, etc., which are part of the components and (or) systems
