Objects of Classification of the All-Russian Classification of Objects of State Administration (ОКОГУ)
The classification objects in the OKOGU are:
state authorities of the Russian Federation, other state authorities of the Russian Federation, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, other state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation;
local self-government bodies, electoral commissions of municipal formations.
For the purposes of state statistics, the OKOGU also includes:
organizations for which federal statistical observation is carried out;
groupings of economic entities and public organizations used for official statistical accounting;
interstate management bodies established by countries participating in the Russian Federation, including within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS)
