Fruit [vegetable] jam: fruit [vegetable] preserves made from fruits [vegetables] or a mixture of fruits and vegetables, fresh, chilled, quick-frozen or dried, whole or cut, prepared by boiling in a sugar solution with partial replacement by syrup or without replacement, with the addition or without the addition of food organic acids or spices until the mass fraction of soluble dry substances reaches at least 55%, consisting of boiled fruits [vegetables] in thick syrup, where the mass fraction of fruits [vegetables] or a mixture of fruits and vegetables is not less than 40%
