Distance Educational Technologies
2. Distance Education Technologies (ДОТ) are understood to mean educational technologies implemented primarily through the use of information and telecommunication technologies, involving mediated (at a distance) or not fully mediated interaction between the learner and the educator (Article 32 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated July 10, 1992, No. 3266-1 "On Education" (as amended by Federal Law No. 12-FZ dated January 13, 1996) (Proceedings of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 30, Article 1797; Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1996, No. 3, Article 150; 2002, No. 26, Article 2517; 2003, No. 2, Article 163; 2004, No. 27, Article 2714; No. 35, Article 3607)
