Port Charges
1. The provision of services in maritime ports related to the use of individual infrastructure objects of the maritime port, as well as ensuring the safety of maritime navigation within the maritime port and its approaches is carried out on a paid basis (port dues).
2. Port dues are subject to payment to the maritime port administration or the economic entity that has provided the relevant services in the maritime port.
3. The following port dues may be established in the maritime port:
1) vessel;
2) canal;
3) icebreaker;
4) pilot;
5) beacon;
6)
7) docking;
8) ecological
