State Cadastre of Subsoil Cavities
1. The State Register of Subsurface Cavities contains information on each cavity registered by the executive authority authorized to carry out state management and regulation in the field of use and protection of subsurface resources.
2. The State Register of Subsurface Cavities includes the following information:
- spatial coordinates of the cavity;
- volume and shape (configuration) of the cavity;
- possibility to place production, economic and other objects and substances, as well as to carry out technological and other processes;
- ability of the cavity to maintain its original form and volume over time;
- ecological, geological, mining-technical, hydrogeological and other conditions for the operation of cavities;
- geoeconomic assessment of cavities
