Market value of a financial instrument

Market value is understood as the value of a financial instrument determined on the basis of data from trading organizers licensed by authorized bodies. In the absence of such data, the market value of a financial instrument is determined based on the market value of the underlying asset, which is determined as follows:

for foreign exchange transactions - according to the official exchange rate of the foreign currency to the ruble established by the Bank of Russia on the reporting date;

for transactions with precious metals - according to the accounting price set by the Bank of Russia on the reporting date;

align="justify">in transactions with securities - at current (fair) value determined in accordance with Appendix 11 to the Rules on Accounting in Credit Organizations located on the territory of the Russian Federation (Order of the Bank of Russia dated March 26, 2007 No. 302-P "On Rules for Accounting in Credit Organizations Located on the Territory of the Russian Federation", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 29, 2007 No. 9176, October 23, 2007 No. 10390 ("Bank of Russia Gazette" dated April 16, 2007 No. 20-21, dated October 31, 2007 No. 60). In the absence of the specified value, the provision for transactions with securities is not established by documents
