9) organizations with participation of the state or municipal formation - legal entities, in the charter capitals of which the share (contribution) of the Russian Federation, a subject of the Russian Federation, a municipal formation constitutes more than fifty percent and (or) in relation to which the Russian Federation, a subject of the Russian Federation, a municipal formation have the right directly or indirectly to dispose of more than fifty percent of the total number of votes attributable to voting shares (interests) making up the charter capitals of such legal entities, state or municipal unitary enterprises, state or municipal institutions, state companies, state corporations, as well as legal entities whose property or more than fifty percent of shares or interests in their charter capital belong to state corporations;
