Deposit - monetary funds in the currency of the Russian Federation or foreign currency, placed by individuals for the purposes of storage and earning income. Income from the deposit is paid in cash form as interest. The deposit is returned to the depositor upon his first request in accordance with the procedures established by federal law and the relevant contract for this type of deposit. 2) deposit - funds in the currency of the Russian Federation or foreign currency, placed by individuals or for their benefit in a bank on the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of a bank deposit agreement or a bank account agreement, including capitalized (credited) interest on the deposit amount;
