Dossier of the Credit Institution

The credit institution dossier is a comprehensive set of information regarding the activities of the credit institution assigned to a curator, including, among other things, data contained in the electronic databases of the Bank of Russia and cases formed by the territorial office of the Bank of Russia in accordance with the list of documents arising from the activities of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, specifying storage periods (excluding personal data of employees of the credit institution assigned to a curator), including:

information on state registration and licenses obtained for conducting banking operations;

information on the ownership structure, including information on affiliated parties;

information on management (on the structure of governing bodies, internal control system, etc.);

internal documents (rules, procedures, policies, orders, decisions, instructions, methodologies, job descriptions and other documents) received from the credit institution assigned to the curator when the Bank of Russia performs its supervisory functions;

conclusions (analytical notes) on economic conditions;

forecasts on development trends;

information on assigned classification groups, selected supervision regimes, including individual supervision programs;

information on applied measures of influence;

information on the implementation of requirements and recommendations from the Bank of Russia
