An energy service contract is a globally recognized method of working in the field of energy conservation and increasing energy efficiency. It is based on the provision by a specialized energy service company of a package of services and investment activities aimed at practical energy savings, with reimbursement of its own expenses and obtaining financial profit from the actual energy cost savings achieved
