Referendum of the Russian Federation
A referendum of the Russian Federation (hereinafter also referred to as a referendum) is a nationwide vote by citizens of the Russian Federation who have the right to participate in a referendum on issues of state importance

55) referendum of the Russian Federation - a referendum conducted in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Constitutional Law "On the Referendum of the Russian Federation", and this Federal Law among citizens of the Russian Federation who have the right to participate in a referendum, whose place of residence is located within the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as citizens of the Russian Federation residing or located outside the territory of the Russian Federation;
