State Financial Control in the Russian Federation
1. Determine that in the Russian Federation, state financial oversight includes monitoring the implementation of the federal budget and budgets of federal extra-budgetary funds, organization of monetary circulation, use of credit resources, condition of the state internal and external debt, state reserves, provision of financial and tax benefits and advantages.
2. State financial control, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, is divided among functions and powers between the Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (Federal Treasury Directorate General and Audit Directorate General), the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service of Russia for Currency and Export Control, audit bodies of federal executive authorities, as well as other bodies responsible for monitoring the receipt and expenditure of funds from the federal budget and federal extra-budgetary funds
