2.1.3. "veterinary certificate" - a document issued by an authorized body of the Party for controlled goods subject to movement (transport), certifying their safety in terms of veterinary and sanitary aspects and the health status of the administrative territories where these goods are produced with regard to infectious animal diseases, including zoonoses;
