Biometric data
1. Information that characterizes the physiological and biological characteristics of a person, on the basis of which it is possible to establish his identity (biometric personal data), and which are used by the operator for identifying the subject of personal data, may be processed only with the written consent of the subject of personal data, except in cases provided for in paragraph 2 of this article.
2. Processing of biometric personal data may be carried out without the consent of the data subject in connection with the implementation of international agreements of the Russian Federation on readmission, in connection with the administration of justice and enforcement of court decisions, as well as in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on defense, security, counter-terrorism, transport security, anti-corruption, operational-investigative activities, civil service, criminal executive legislation of the Russian Federation, legislation of the Russian Federation on the order of exit from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation
